Remember -- The plans & specs are on loan to us, so please exercise care when using them. If damage occurs to the plans or specs, let us know so that we can mend or make a copy of the damaged page(s). Please do not remove any of the plans, specs, planholder lists, etc. from the Council. They are here for all members to use.

Dues are billed quarterly. All invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Any accounts that fall 90 days past due will result in membership cancellation. To reinstate your membership, all past due amounts must be paid in addition to a $100.00 enrollment fee along with the current dues.

We ask that all members sign in each day they come into the Council. The sign-in book is on the front counter just as you enter.

Board meetings are the second Monday of every month at 5:15 p.m. We welcome and encourage all members to attend.

If you find it necessary to cancel your membership in the middle of a quarter, we will prorate your dues, however, money owing for service for the quarter to date plus any charges for print copies, copy cards, etc. must be paid in full.
